Method
- In a small bowl add the cream cheese, sour cream, dill, garlic and lemon juice. Use a hand held mixer to mix together. Add to a piping bag.
- Slice the cucumber into 30 pieces (depending on the size of your cucumber).
- Cut the smoked salmon into 30 bite-sized pieces.
- Top each cucumber with a piece of smoked salmon and the cream cheese mixture.
- Optional: Top each cucumber bite with more fresh dill or fresh cracked black pepper.
